CLIENT ASSOCIATE
A Client Associate’s role is to provide administrative support to the Financial Consultant in managing existing client relations & also assist in initiatives to create new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s in commerce/finance with CFP & AMFI Certification V-A
- CA Inter / Post-Graduate in Finance
EXPERIENCE: min. 3 years in banking & finance
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Strong Communication Skills – written & verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Eye for detail, focused on accuracy
- Ability to identify process improvement areas
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Client Management:
- Building strong relationships and rapport with existing clients.
- Ensuring coverage of the client’s financial assets across classes/geographies.
- Monitoring portfolio performance across all assets held by the client on a monthly basis or as required. Managing client cash flow statement.
- Tax planning to ensure the tax incidence is as low as possible.
- Periodic reporting of capital gains for advance tax.
- Preparing investment/financial plans.
- Operations:
- Assisting client in transactions.
- Co-ordinating with operations and ensuring mutual fund portfolio reports are accurate.
- KYC/ Risk profile update on an annual basis.
- Onboarding new clients by ensuring documentation as per the regulatory requirement.
Research: Assisting in selection / review of investment options for the client in his/her specific geography.
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Research Associate is responsible to provide critical decision-making data/information/reports on financial products, economies & markets across geographies.
QUALIFICATION:
- CA/CFA or Master’s in finance/Economics + CFP
EXPERIENCE:
- min. 3 years in a similar role

- Strong Communication Skills – written & verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Eye for detail, focused on accuracy
- Keen analytical & number skills

OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Operations Associate will be responsible to implement the right processes and practices to build the Advisory business.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s in commerce/ finance with AMFI Certification V-A or Financial Planning
- Post-Graduate in finance
EXPERIENCE: min. 2 years in Banking & Financial services

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Core Operations:
- Assist clients with their transactions – online & physical documentation.
- Ensuring all transactions are reported in the software and portfolios are accurate.
- Co-ordinating with RTA for investment feed files.
- Onboarding new clients by ensuring documentation as per the regulatory requirements.
- Keeping a track of the renewals of software & business licenses.
- Compliance:
- Periodic review of client KYC & risk profile as per regulatory requirements.
- Provide external/SEBI auditor with the necessary information as and when required.
- Ensure annual audit report submission to SEBI & required information is provided from time to time.
- Periodic telephonic calls with the product manufacturers for updates.
